Sustainability
At Raven Art Department, sustainability is part of how we work, not an add-on. We operate a CO₂ emissions-free studio and workshop and prioritise up-cycling, recycling, and responsible material use across all productions.
Wherever possible, materials are reused or reworked. Props that cannot be returned are either up-cycled or passed on for further use rather than discarded. In our workshop, we work exclusively with eco-certified paints, varnishes, and adhesives, and continuously assess our processes to reduce waste and unnecessary production. We also collaborate with Project Elpida e.V., a charity supporting people in need through practical aid and long-term initiatives. By working with organisations like Project Elpida, we aim to extend the lifecycle of materials and contribute beyond the scope of individual productions.
As an art department, we influence how things are built, used, and disposed of. We take this responsibility seriously and remain committed to reducing our environmental impact while delivering work that meets the highest professional standards.
